The space
The property does not have indoor plumbing; however, there is a well-maintained outhouse and a convenient outdoor shower available. A fresh water tank and grey water tank are located beneath the kitchen sinks for handwashing and dishwashing purposes. Please note, this property is off-grid and located on a road that is not maintained. The driveway is steep and rough, but you can park at the bottom if you have a vehicle that is low to the ground.
Please bring your own firewood and gas if you plan to use the generator. There is no electricity, but there appliances are hooked to propane.
