Hi, I’m Tara Halmes, a proud Montana native and the owner of Lepley Creek Properties, a locally rooted property management company specializing in short-term vacation rentals across Central and Western Montana.

My husband and I live just outside of the beautiful Cascade, Montana where we’re raising three little wild cowboys.

We embrace the outdoors and everything this beautiful state has to offer; From ranching, hunting, fishing, and horseback riding, the Halmes family does it all!

My husband is also deeply tied to Montana’s heritage, he owns and operates a professional outfitting company, Lepley Creek Outfitters, guiding clients on world-class hunting and fishing trips throughout the region.

Together, we share a deep respect for the land and the lifestyle that makes Montana so special.

At Lepley Creek Properties, we provide trusted and responsive vacation rental management services, helping homeowners maximize their property’s potential while offering guests unforgettable experiences in Montana’s most scenic areas.
